La phosphorescence est la propriété de certains matériaux à émettre de la lumière pendant un certain temps après avoir reçu de la lumière eux-mêmes.</p> <p>L&rsquo;expérience consiste donc à exposer les cristaux à la lumière du soleil, puis à les mettre à côté d&rsquo;une plaque photographique pour mesurer la quantité de lumière qu&rsquo;ils produisent par phosphorescence.</p>
